Stop Cyberbullying is a website where educators, parents, and students can go to learn more about cyberbullying - a fast-growing form of bullying that occurs through interactive technologies.
There is an educator section, parent section, and multiple student sections based on age (7-10, 11-13 and 14-17). Students can also take a quiz to learn more about their behaviors, such as whether or not their actions could be considered cyberbullying.
Stop Cyberbullying includes information about the legal side of these negative behaviors as well. It also explains how to determine when cyberbullying is occuring.
Ryan's Story is a website dedicated to Ryan Halligan - a 13 year old boy from Vermont who experienced cyberbullying and ended up committing suicide. It includes resources for parents to help them navigate and monitor the technological world their children engage in everyday. It also includes information regarding bullying and suicide prevention.
