In order for your child to receive any type of medication in school (except for Asthma medications and Epipens), whether it is prescription or non-prescription, I will need The Woodland Park Public Schools Medication Authorization  filled out and signed by both, you, and your child's doctor. All medication is to be brought to the Health Office, by the parent, in the original labeled container and handed to the nurse. Please DO NOT send in medications with your child. Be sure to check the expiration date prior to bringing in the medication. Thank you for your cooperation.
